Reporting traffic incidents

From time to time cyclists are involved in (or witnesses to) traffic accidents, confrontations with other road users and antisocial road use. These should be reported to the police, not only to attempt to have the law enforced in that particular incident but also to ensure that bicycle-related incidents are not ignored but appear in statistics that may result in appropriate attention and funding.
