Integrated Planning Act

The Integrated Planning Act 1997 is state government legislation governing the development processes and regulations. It supersedes the Building Act 1975 and Environment Protection Act 1994 and aims to harmonise and streamline development regulations while also making them have greater consideration of environmental impacts. It governs such local government regulations as the Brisbane City Plan.
