For visitors, eighteen bicycle racks are provided on the southwestern side of the building (along North Quay) and four on the northern corner (Adelaide Street and George Street), each capable of holding two bikes. The latter set are well protected from the elements and visible (through glass) from the front desk but are frequently full. The other set are frequently empty but are completely exposed and don't seem to be covered by any security cameras. Most cyclists seem to prefer to lock their bikes to poles and trees in Reddacliff Place, the courtyard area to the southeast, but cycling is forbidden here.

Staff have access to a tunnel from the bike path along the river. It goes under North Quay and comes in on level B3 of the building. Cyclists can then take the lift up to a bike storage room on level B2.
