Airport Link
Airport Link, part of Brisbane City Council's TransApex plan and the Queensland Government's South East Queensland Infrastructure Plan and Programme, is a three billion dollar tunnel and road under construction between the Bowen Hills end of the North-South Bypass Tunnel via Gympie Road at Kedron to Sandgate Road and the East-West Arterial at Toombul. The project is being constructed in conjunction with the Northern Busway (Windsor to Kedron) and the Airport Roundabout Upgrade Project.

Corporate structure
As with other current significant Public-Private Partnerships, there are several organisations responsible for building the project.
City North Infrastructure is a Queensland Government owned corporation responsible for managing the three projects. [6]
BrisConnections is a private consortium formed by Macquarie Capital, Thiess and John Holland. The consortium has been awarded the contract to design and construct the three projects, and to operate the Airport Link as a toll road for 45 years. [7]
Thiess John Holland is a joint venture between Thiess and John Holland, subcontracted by BrisConnections to design and construct the three projects. This is the organisation that cyclists will most likely end up dealing with in relation to construction issues.
