Ramp looks a bit nicer this time. I think they were being a bit
optimistic when they said the old section would be narrowed to 1m. It's
pretty thin and a bit dodgy with the sharp metal edges from the ramp
construction but at least they are not making cyclists walk it as you
are thinner if you stay on the bike.<br>

One thing that I noticed down there at the bypass is that they
installed more than 20 cyclists-single file pavement markings and only
2 pedestrian-single file markings. I guess the real problem is with
cyclists travelling abreast not pedestrians. Bloody cyclists.<br>

haven't heard much on this list but there have people on HSL diversion
on Coro Drive handing out leaflets.<br>
Apparently, from this Friday night till Monday morning that part of the
Coro-Driver pretend bikeway will be <br>
narrowed to only 1m. They are buding a 7.5% gradient ramp that will be
part of the bikeway until the end of <br>
2009. According to the leaflet the ramp will be at least 3 Metres wide.
I think this sounds a lot better<br>
then that lovely sewerage diversion we had a couple of years ago. Oh
well just be careful this weekend.<br>
