[bikeqld] Kurilpa Bridge opening Sunday 4 October

There are some photos on the page below of the works at the CBD end of the
bridge to provide connections for the cyclists. As with all these things,
there are sure to be some problems but it all contributes to providing a
better experience for cyclists in Brisbane:
