Large people and/or cyclists with wider bikes, trailers etc, should 
try to find another route ...?

... 60cms isn't much for a bike and a would-be cyclist walking alongside it...!

Why not just close it ...?

Concern at BCC that would show there are no other routes to the 
southwestern suburbs?

Why not "Share the Road" ... ?

40km/h or slower ...?

Just for part of a weekend?

Or would that show the lack of connectivity between on- and off-road?
