[bikeqld] Bowen Hills traffic survey

Anyone with contacts at QT know what this is about? BTW the cameras have
now disappeared.

QT are currently conducting a bicycle traffic survey in Bowen Hills
around the RBWH. I have spotted several of the temporary video cameras
used at various locations on Herston Rd and Bowen Bridge Rd as well as
one on Bramston Tce.
