[bikeqld] How to get to Newstead?

Dear all,

Energex head office is moving to Newstead in 2010. Since I know practically nothing about riding on the Northside.
Could someone please tell me what are the possible routes from the Northside? The problem is, I don't really want 
to have riders coming all the way into the city just to ride along the river.
