I hope it works but I hope I never have to ride one.

As by works I mean that people use it a few times and then buy a decent bike
and make an effort to avoid the car.

You are pretty much guaranteed that it will work as it's been tested and
proven else where.

Let's just hope that 6,000 bikes ridden by people who don't normally cycle
and parked around the place don't start some fuss happening about bike
parking. I see that as the only risk to us.

If it fails for Council no one will know as they never report true figures.
Only a version of stats that suits their purpose.
