For those interested, the following provides some useful info as a 
resource if nothing else for those already decided...!

Where I found it, it was cited as an example of the need for better 
research and assessment BEFORE decisions are made ... and I certainly 
agree with that view.

No comment re Jerry's views ... ;-)
