Hi Anthony,
Yes, it's pretty easy to follow. I presume you know how to get to the
Western Freeway bikeway at Toowong (via Land St and Sylvan Rd). From there
you just follow the path, which never strays too far from the freeway.
Immediately after you cross the river the path doubles back and you need
to turn left, around under the bridge (not right to Amazons Place), and
continue on the other side of the freeway. The path ends at Sumners Rd,
which is busy, but I'm guessing you'll want to hop on the road, cross the
freeway again, and head down Westcombe St.
I'm not a regular out there so if there are any recent changes hopefully
others on the list will mention them. And maybe even update the wiki :-)
