[bikeqld] Walking shoes for Coro drive... again?

I¹m reminded that the current thinking on shared space is to remove all
signage and allow users to work it out for themselves. This should be
introduced in Brisbane around about the turn of the next century, by which
time, of course, the civilized world will have moved on.
